MapEdit Cloud Terms of Service
These terms cover MapEdit Cloud accounts, online map editing, cloud saves, versions, exports, and any commerce, asset, or creator services explicitly shown as available.
Agreement and scope
By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The current release provides public accounts, project management, map editing, versions, and basic exports. Features marked unavailable are not service commitments.
Accounts and security
Use an email address you control, protect passwords and access tokens, and take responsibility for account activity. If you detect misuse, change the password, revoke sessions, and contact Support. Account sale, sharing, and bypassing security or rate limits are prohibited.
User content and license
You retain rights in content you lawfully create or provide. You grant the operator a non-exclusive technical license limited to storage, versioning, preview, export, recovery, and other processing needed to provide the service. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content.
Acceptable use
Do not create or distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy, or attack, probe, or disrupt the platform, users, or third-party systems. We may restrict operations, suspend accounts, and preserve necessary evidence when high-risk activity is detected.
Storage, export, and closure
Export important projects regularly and keep your own copies. Account data export and self-service closure are available. Closure revokes sessions and tokens and anonymizes the profile; necessary audit and linked records may be retained for security, disputes, and legal obligations.
Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but networks, browsers, devices, and maintenance can cause interruption. Urgent security, compliance, and stability changes may take effect immediately; material scope changes will be explained in the product or through notices.
Responsibility
The service is provided in its current available state. Responsibility for direct loss within reasonable control is determined by applicable law. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.
Operator, rules, and contact
MapEdit Cloud is currently operated under the service name 88AI网. These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the service operator. Please first use Support or QQ 617910461 to seek a resolution; unresolved disputes follow the process of the competent authority under applicable law.
