MapEdit Cloud Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what the public release processes for accounts, map projects, security, and support, why it is used, and how you can exercise your rights.
Information we process
Account data includes email, display name, and irreversible password hashes. Project data includes map documents, versions, export records, and revisions. Security data includes normalized device and browser summaries, session state, rate-limit records, and audit events. Support data includes tickets and replies.
- Accounts use password sign-in.
- When enabled, we process the minimum information needed for payments, SMS notices, withdrawal review, and cloud asset storage; disabled providers receive no data.
- Access tokens and card codes are displayed only when necessary; the server retains irreversible digests or required encrypted information.
Purposes
We process necessary information for registration, sign-in, saving and reopening projects, version recovery, exports, account security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and support. Test data and disconnected services are not presented as real capabilities.
Cookies and sessions
Secure cookies maintain signed-in sessions, with a separate CSRF cookie protecting cross-site requests. Production uses Secure, HttpOnly where appropriate, and SameSite boundaries. Required cookies are not used for cross-site advertising.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to necessary infrastructure or email processors, or when law requires. External services are configured for minimum necessary processing. Disabled payment, SMS, and object-storage providers receive no user data.
Retention
Account and project data are retained while the account is active. Closure anonymizes the profile and immediately revokes sessions and tokens. Projects, tickets, and security audits remain only for reasonable recovery, dispute, and legal periods, then are deleted or further anonymized.
Your rights
The account area lets you manage security, download account data, revoke sessions and tokens, and close the account. Use Support for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other applicable requests. Sensitive requests require ownership verification.
Security
Controls include strong password hashing, sign-in rate limits, protected sessions, CSRF, Origin and CORS checks, least-privilege database roles, audits, and user-controlled exports for recovery. No system can promise absolute security; report concerns promptly.
Children
The service is intended for users able to understand and accept this Policy. Minors should use it with guardian guidance and should not submit sensitive personal information unrelated to map creation.

MapEdit Cloud is currently operated under the service name 88AI网. Submit privacy, account, or data-rights requests through Support after signing in, or contact QQ 617910461. Sensitive requests require account-ownership verification.
Updates
Material changes to processing purposes, information categories, or user rights update the version and effective date and are explained in the product or through notices.
